This is not passive nodding.
I pay attention to patterns in real time and call them out when they matter. We look at what keeps repeating, what your nervous system is trying to protect, and what needs to shift so you are not just surviving the same cycle in a new outfit.
The goal
- Not perfection.
- Not becoming a totally different person.
- Not pretending everything is fine.
The goal is to understand yourself clearly enough that you can stop abandoning yourself, stop reacting from old wounds, and start making choices from the adult version of you.
