Couples counseling isn’t about picking sides or deciding who’s right.
It’s about slowing down the patterns that keep pulling you into the same arguments, misunderstandings, or emotional distance—and learning how to hear each other again.
We look at how stress, history, attachment styles, and nervous systems collide inside a relationship. My work with couples is collaborative, steady, and honest. I help partners move out of reactivity and into conversations that actually go somewhere—where both people feel safer to speak, listen, and repair.
